Come and learn about current statistics of mental health in teens. Identify warning signs and symptoms that teens may be struggling with their mental health. Learn safety protocols for suicide risk and crisis planning.

Learn about the current research on technology use and its impact on mental health. Understand how the brain is affected by screen time at various developmental stages and explore some dos and don’ts regarding technology. 

Examine and review the purpose behind behaviors, including ways to prevent and positively influence difficult behaviors children demonstrate in a group or home setting. Develop a deeper understanding for the contributing factors surrounding challenging behaviors.

Dive into the importance of establishing meaningful play and interaction in an increasingly technological world. Review evidence supporting healthy boundaries with screen time. Support parent/caregiver roles in a tech-savvy generation.

The goal of this workshop is to provide encouragement for our calling to disciple and pray for our children and grandchildren, show the importance of praying Scripture over them, and provide practical tools to carry out this sacred mission.

This mini soul care session offers a quiet, Christ-centered space to slow down, rest, and notice the quiet work unfolding within. Rooted in Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit, the session invites participants to come as they are and to notice how God is already meeting them with gentleness, presence, and quiet faithfulness. Through silence and a guided time of reflection, we will consider winter as a season of rest and trust in God’s care when growth is unseen, concluding with a modeled sharing time grounded in compassionate listening.
